What are your Reception hours?

Our reception is open daily from 9:00am to 7:00pm. Our manager lives on site and can be reached 24 hours a day on +64 27 966 6696 if you need urgent assistance.

When can I check in?

Check-in time is normally after 2:00pm, though our rooms are normally ready by 1:00pm.

When do I need to check out?

Check out time is 10:00am. If you need to stay later, please make arrangements with our Reception team.

Do you have off street car parking?

We provide complimentary undercover and outdoor car parks for all guests.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes. Dogs and cats are welcome in our Classic Rooms only. Please book a room with the word “Classic” in its name. Deluxe Rooms and all other room types are pet-free. Pets must remain on a leash or under effective control in all outdoor and shared areas.

I'm not arriving until after 7:00pm. How do I check in?

Please advise our Reception team on +64 7 357 4717 or +64 27 966 6696, and we will advise you how to check in and collect your key.
